Defence SME Zone
The Defence SME Zone will provide a dedicated showcase for emerging organizations specializing in defence and security technologies.
Designed for businesses with a turnover under £10 million, the zone will enable SMEs to engage with the global defence supply chain, connect with industry stakeholders, and showcase innovations to visitors, government delegations, investors, and media.
Organizations including Cognitive Design by CDS, Elite EMC Ltd, Emergent, Infortecorp Solutions Limited, Inspectahire, and Needles And Pins Aerospace will have a presence during the show.
The Enterprise Gateway
Launching alongside the Business Connections Exchange, The Enterprise Gateway will run from 21–23 July 2026 as a three-day programme focused on supply chain development and business growth.
The programme will include workshops covering procurement, regulation, exports, and funding, alongside keynotes, mentoring sessions, live pitching opportunities, and insights aligned with the UK Government’s Plan for Change.
Speakers will include a Partner at Mercurea, General Partner at Twin Track Ventures, and Managing Director of Alatar Ltd.
International Presence
The 2026 edition will feature the largest-ever international industry presence at the airshow, with 26 international pavilions confirmed, including India, Japan, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, and Switzerland.
Pioneers of Tomorrow
The week will conclude with Pioneers of Tomorrow on Friday, 24 July, a dedicated STEM day designed to introduce young people to opportunities across the aerospace and defence sectors.
Exhibitors, known as Champions of Tomorrow, will demonstrate career pathways and industry opportunities through activities including a Careers Fair, digital Job Board, competitions, and on-stand experiences.
Participating organizations include Babcock International Group, Parker Aerospace, and Belcan.
