Australian electric aviation firm FlyOnE Limited has formally engaged Texas-based investment firm Post Oak Group to lead its current capital raise, supporting the next phase of the company’s expansion across Australia and international markets.

The funding will target three primary operational areas: the expansion of FlyOnE’s Air Taxi network, the rollout of electric aviation infrastructure, and the production, supply, and delivery of next-generation electric aircraft.

Transitioning from demonstration into commercial operations, FlyOnE currently runs certified passenger air services, flight training, and aerial work operations. The business also develops the supporting infrastructure, aircraft supply chain, and continued-airworthiness capabilities required for next-generation aircraft.

FlyOnE operates an Air Taxi model that has demonstrated gross returns of approximately 120% above direct operating costs across established services. To date, the company has logged over 1,300 hours of commercial passenger electric flight across three Australian capital cities and recorded over 45,000 total Air Taxi passenger movements on its Lilypad Elevate Air Taxi network.

By integrating aircraft operations with infrastructure, pilot capability, and aircraft supply, FlyOnE connects the various elements of the aviation value chain into a single platform. The company is currently advancing Air Taxi expansion opportunities across multiple Australian markets while developing electric aviation infrastructure and expanding its next-generation aircraft supply and production capabilities.

Korum Ellis, Founder and CEO of FlyOnE, said, “We have spent years proving that next-generation aviation can operate commercially today — not decades from now.

We now have an Air Taxi model demonstrating strong operating economics, real passenger demand and a platform that can be replicated into new markets. This raise is about scaling what we have already built.

That means expanding our Air Taxi network, deploying the infrastructure required to support electric aviation, and accelerating the production and delivery pathways for the aircraft that will operate across these networks. Bringing Post Oak Group into the raise gives us an experienced US-based investment partner as we take that next step in Australia and beyond.”
