TCab Tech has officially launched the “Air Silk Road Global Pioneer Partnership,” an initiative aimed at fostering global ecosystem collaboration and accelerating the international rollout of the company’s E20 eVTOL aircraft.
The landmark program, which was announced at the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE), seeks to unite industry partners to build the next-generation Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) network, promoting a smarter, greener, and more connected global air mobility ecosystem.
At the launch event, Yuan Fang, Vice President of International Business at TCab Tech, delivered a keynote address titled “The Global Sky Silk Road Initiative,” outlining the company’s international expansion progress and future vision. “Every great blueprint requires not only a clear strategic direction but also carefully planned steps to bring it to life,” she stated. “Our ‘Air Silk Road’ is more than just a flight route — it is a global network woven together through trust, innovation, and collaboration.”
The partnership’s formal inauguration was officiated by Yon Wui NG, Founder and CEO of TCab Tech, alongside guests from Singapore, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and other countries. The launch underscores TCab Tech’s commitment to an integrated, collaborative AAM ecosystem.
During the event, TCab Tech signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NexAvian, a professional services firm based in Singapore that specializes in AAM strategy and execution. This strategic partnership is focused on accelerating TCab Tech’s expansion across Southeast Asia (SEA). The MoU dictates that the parties will collaborate on ecosystem partnership development, regulatory and investor engagement, and strategic event participation to position TCab Tech in the region’s emerging AAM markets. A core objective is the joint definition and execution of TCab Tech’s market entry roadmap in Southeast Asia, leading up to its Entry into Service.
This collaboration is intended to combine TCab Tech’s technological expertise and operational excellence with NexAvian’s regional ecosystem knowledge, stakeholder network, and policy engagement capabilities to foster cross-border collaboration and accelerate regulatory alignment for commercialization.
“Our collaboration with NexAvian marks an important milestone in TCab Tech’s journey toward regional expansion,” said Yon Wui NG. “With NexAvian’s strong network and deep expertise in navigating and forging trustful partnerships across Asia’s aviation ecosystem and our shared commitment to safe and scalable AAM integration, we are confident this partnership will create lasting value for the industry and the communities we serve.”
Emerson Xu, CEO and Co-Founder of NexAvian, commented, “We are honored to support one of the leading OEMs in AAM, TCab Tech, in defining its path toward commercial entry in Southeast Asia and beyond. By combining strategic insights with operational execution, this partnership represents a meaningful step toward realizing the promise of Advanced Air Mobility in the region.”
In addition to the NexAvian partnership, TCab Tech is advancing several other regional initiatives as part of its global expansion strategy:
- UAE: The customized E20 eVTOL has completed its testing phase and is ready for deployment ahead of its global debut at the Dubai Airshow.
- Thailand: TCab Tech has joined the CP Group Innovation Network in Bangkok alongside IBM Thailand, Tencent Cloud, Unitree Robotics, and ZTE Thailand to jointly advance smart mobility solutions.
- Malaysia: The company is working with MARANTI, NAICO, and other strategic partners to align with national future mobility initiatives.
Yuan Fang reiterated the need for collaboration, adding, “TCab Tech possesses strong R&D capabilities, scalable manufacturing, rapid technology iteration, and extensive expertise in diverse application scenarios. AAM is inherently global—no single market can build it alone. Local success requires deep integration with partners who bring operational expertise, market access, regulatory knowledge, and a shared vision for the future of mobility. We are actively seeking partners who meet these criteria to join us on this journey.”
These initiatives are designed to transform the “Air Silk Road” into a global co-creation journey, connecting AAM ecosystems and bridging innovation across continents. Yon Wui NG concluded, “Through close collaboration within our global ecosystem, we will empower the wings of eVTOLs to soar over mountains and oceans — connecting people, cities, and opportunities, and shaping the future of AAM.”
