eVertiSKY is launching the UAM Colony 2030 App, a dynamic, AI-powered platform designed to help cities, operators, infrastructure partners, CPG and TDL distributors, and investors align around commercial low-altitude airspace development.

The app serves as a shared operating system for the urban air mobility (UAM) ecosystem, offering a responsible, human-in-the-loop agentic process that evolves with its users. It supports real-world planning, progress tracking, data submission, and simulation within an integrated environment that remains publicly accessible and continuously improving.

Unlike static dashboards or whitepapers, the UAM Colony App employs agentic AI tuned for UAM, refined through engagement and feedback. Domain-specific agents return high-context answers on infrastructure, regulation, economics, and workforce planning, improving with every interaction.

Key Features in Version 1.5:

  • SeamPoint Heatmap Engine: Visualizes milestone progress across city corridors, vertiport projects, operator status, and policy activation zones.
  • Knowledge Copilots: AI-guided, human-reviewed responses to user questions—backed by Firestore datasets, UAM SLMs, and regulatory overlays.
  • Living Lab Interface (Executive Tier): Connects to real-time infrastructure and CLAA data through the eSkyBridge City API, enabling simulations of operational airspace, billing, and service nodes.
  • Economic & QoL Impact Tools: Allows stakeholders to input and analyze investment, workforce, and environmental indicators into the platform.

Steven C. Philpott Sr., Chief Technology Officer at eVertiSKY, commented, “The UAM Colony App is our living, learning environment that helps stakeholders scale projects by working from what they know—while building bridges to what others are doing across cities, markets, and use cases.

“We saw a UAM industry struggling with ambition but disconnected from infrastructure and readiness. Scaling UAM starts with scaling understanding. This app isn’t for passive observation—it’s for participants building commercialization inflection points.”

Full Release – Q4 2025

The app will launch with a tiered membership model to promote accessibility and growth:

  • Free Tier
  • Standard Tier
  • Executive Tier
  • Custom Tier (for enterprise, consortium, or city-level use)

The public release will be available via Web UI, featuring core tools and educational modules.

The City UAM Summit: Chicago will showcase the platform in action, supporting siting, zoning, impact tracking, and operational sequencing tied to real data and stakeholder engagement.
