Eve Air Mobility has entered into a Letter of Intent with Future Flight Global for the potential purchase of up to 54 eVTOL aircraft.
The agreement targets strategic deployment in Brazil and the United States, two key markets identified for high growth in urban air mobility solutions.
Megha Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer at Eve Air Mobility, said, “This collaboration with Future Flight Global is a significant step forward for Urban Air Mobility in the Americas. By leveraging Eve’s proven eVTOL technology and robust certification process, Future Flight Global gains a powerful platform to deliver efficient, sustainable air travel in high-demand markets such as Brazil and the United States. We’re excited to be their strategic partner in this endeavor, laying the groundwork for substantial future orders as they expand their fleet.”
Based in Washington, DC, Future Flight Global brings a wealth of operational experience to the partnership and will play a pivotal role in supporting Eve’s commercial scale-up while enhancing its established presence in Brazil.
Karan Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Future Flight Global, added, “We are building a diversified electric aircraft fleet for global deployment across multiple mission profiles. Eve’s aircraft—rooted in Embraer’s 55-year legacy of designing, certifying, and supporting commercial and business aircraft—checks every box: strong performance parameters, passenger-first ergonomics, clear certification pathway, and scalable production system. We look forward to ANAC certification and deploying these aircraft in Brazil and additional high-demand markets worldwide in the near future.”
The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to reshaping urban transportation by introducing efficient, zero-emission aircraft that alleviate traffic congestion and reduce point-to-point travel times in densely populated regions.
The announcement aligns with Eve’s recently released Global Market Outlook, which outlines accelerating demand for urban air mobility over the next two decades. As cities continue to grow and ground transportation infrastructure reaches capacity, this agreement highlights a critical step toward the widespread adoption of sustainable air mobility systems, signaling the next phase of innovation and deployment in the eVTOL ecosystem.
