
Horizon Aircraft, an aerospace engineering company and developer of a hybrid eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft, and Andrea Mocellin have partnered to evolve the Cavorite X7 hybrid-electric eVTOL aircraft.
This new collaboration will focus on developing the Cavorite X7’s exterior form, proportions, and key design elements, integrating functionality with aesthetics to enhance efficiency, aerodynamics, and user experience. The interior will accommodate multiple configurations, optimizing space and user experience without compromising on functionality or comfort.

Mocellin himself is a mobility designer, known for aviation, automotive, and micromobility work, bringing expertise from roles at Lilium, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, NIO, Pininfarina, and Revolve Air.
Mocellin said, “It is a unique opportunity to collaborate with Horizon Aircraft on this groundbreaking project.

This cooperation will ensure the Cavorite X7 has a strong performance and embodies a compelling and futuristic design suited to the next generation of sustainable air mobility, demonstrating a major leap in hybrid-electric aviation.
