Vertiport operations and development company, Skyway, has integrated INVOLI’s advanced ADS-B technology into its digital infrastructure to enhance real-time air traffic surveillance.

This collaboration provides a secure and scalable system for both traditional and unmanned aerial systems (UAS), ensuring seamless airspace awareness and operational efficiency.

As urban air mobility (UAM) and commercial drone operations continue to expand, reliable airspace awareness is critical for safe and efficient flights. Traditional surveillance networks often suffer from latency issues, limiting real-time monitoring capabilities. By integrating INVOLI’s Air Traffic Detection Service (ADS-B, UAT, Mode S, and Mode A/C), Skyway ensures accurate, real-time data feeds free from delays, significantly improving airspace management.

This partnership strengthens Skyway’s ability to manage independent, self-controlled data streams, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and security for air traffic surveillance and remote identification (Remote ID). Unlike conventional air traffic monitoring systems, Skyway’s infrastructure eliminates data lag, enhancing situational awareness and supporting next-generation air traffic control (ATC) services.

Skyway has already begun incorporating INVOLI’s ADS-B technology into its network, expanding coverage to meet the increasing demand for drone operations, vertiport management, and scalable AAM solutions. The goal is to establish a real-time, non-delayed, independently managed surveillance network capable of supporting the evolving needs of the industry.

Clifford Cruz, Skyway CEO, said, “Security and control over data streams are essential for the future of air traffic management. “By integrating INVOLI’s technology, we’re not just ensuring more reliable surveillance – we’re taking control of our data infrastructure, eliminating delays, and creating a more secure, scalable network for urban air mobility.”

Manu Lubrano, CEO of INVOLI, added, “We are excited to partner with Skyway and support its mission of delivering cutting-edge air traffic solutions. Our technology will provide Skyway with unmatched accuracy and security in airspace monitoring, enabling safe and efficient integration of both manned and unmanned aircraft into shared airspace.”

Key Benefits of the Skyway-INVOLI Integration:

  • Real-time, non-delayed data streams for enhanced flight safety
  • Independent, self-managed systems improving security and operational control
  • Scalable infrastructure to support growing UAS and eVTOL operations
  • Seamless integration with existing Skyway networks for expanded regional coverage
