CRISALION Mobility has appointed Manuel Heredia Ortiz as CEO, taking over from founder Carlos Poveda, who will remain at the company as a board member and shareholder

Since joining CRISALION Mobility over a year ago, Heredia Ortiz has played an instrumental role in designing strategy and delivering on the ambitious corporate roadmap for company’s various business divisions, aimed at delivering the electric air and ground mobility of the future. Manuel boasts over two decades’ international experience and has held positions at various aviation sector leaders, playing a key role in deploying innovative solutions.

Before joining CRISALION Mobility, he held various positions at Airbus Defence & Space, the defense division at Airbus, including CEO of Airbus Poland and VP Head of the A400M series, a military transport aircraft. Manuel has also been actively involved in aviation projects related to training and new technologies. Originally from Jaén, Manuel Heredia Ortiz has a Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville, a Doctorate from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from HEC Paris Business School.
