PLANA Partners with Bluenest for AAM Development & Vertiports

South Korean eVTOL aircraft developer PLANA and vertiport infrastructure pioneer Globalvia Bluenest have formed a strategic partnership to accelerate the development and commercialization of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), vertiport services and infrastructure.

Revealed at the 2023 Paris Air Show, the companies will collaborate on various aspects of AAM and vertiport operations, such as information sharing, hybrid eVTOL vertiport design, and business model development. The partnership is expected to enhance the commercial value and customer satisfaction of both companies.

“Our partnership with PLANA is an important milestone in expanding the utility of our vertiport from short to medium to long haul and offshore flights,” said Jose Rodriguez, Bluenest CEO. “Together, we look forward to accelerating the commercialization of the AAM industry, including AAM aircraft and vertiports.”
